Herno’s story began in the 1950s on Lake Maggiore with the production of raincoats. Since then, the company has grown more and more up to the 90s, when it started to produce outerwear garments for the most famous fashion brands, then establishing as a popular luxury brand itself   during the following years.

Herno’s outerwear is characterized by a great attention to functionality, without neglecting the importance of aesthetic appeal. Herno garments, in fact, are meant to keep warm during the coldest winter months, conferring an elegant and refined look to the wearer.

The materials used are of the highest quality, certified according to important international standards including GRS, for the sustainable production of textile products made with recycled materials, as well as the DOWNPASS, which guarantees that down and feathers used as filling materials for Herno’s jackets are ethically sourced from animal production ensuring the exclusion of any form of animal abuse.
