M Diary #22: Equinozio di... Moda
Today is officially, astronomically and meteorologically autumn. Summer’s gone and our holydays seem just a distant memory. Every day starts at the same way: we look with melancholy out of the window, freaking out thinking about what to wear to go out! Cold mornings, warmer lunch breaks, hot afternoons and windy evenings. These temperatures not only confuse our thermometer, but also our wardrobe. The weather it’s always too sunny or too rainy, our clothes too heavy or too light, and in this whole climate of indecision we risk the first flu and wrong fashion choices.
Autumn has warm and enfolding colours; ranges of red, yellow and brown remind us of summer while we are getting closer and closer to the winter season. It’s time to wear a light down jacket and dust off our ankle boots...
We can say that during mid-seasons the best thing to do is probably dressing up with multiple layers, like an onion, in order to be ready to face any eventuality and weather condition.
